Casa Milan

On its own private "finca", an extensive terraced plot of land containing olive and almond trees, lies the XVII-th century detached country house (masía) Casa Milan. 

Casa Milan is a large family house (very suitable for two families) with more than enough accommodation for four to eight persons. The house faces south and is located above a quiet, green valley in an area of unspoilt countryside.

On the ground floor (150 m2) is the fully-equipped large kitchen with dishwasher, pantry and scullery with washing machine. It has a "comedor" (dining room) with a long table (3m) next to a big wood stove. 

The dining room gives access to an inner courtyard and has French windows leading to the verandah and garden (within several hectares of orchards).

The first floor (150 m2) can be reached both by the staircase in the entrance hall as well as from outside. Here are five large bedrooms, . There are two bathrooms with wash basin and shower and there are three toilets.

In spring 2024 we renewed beds and mattresses.

Room 1 has a kingsize bed of 200x200 or two separate beds of 100x200.

Room 2 has a antique bed with new mattress of 150x190.

Room 3 has a kingsize bed of 200x200 or two separate beds of 100x200.

Room 4 has a queensize bed of 160x200 and another bed of 90x200.

Room 5 has a kingsize bed of 200x200 or two separate beds of 100x200.

The house has undergone extensive restoration in order to give it back its former glory. All rooms have been renovated in the original style and contain much antique furniture. 

Casa Milan is located at a distance of about 100 m from the village. It has an easy access by car via a small paved road. Next to the house there is plenty of parking accomodation on its own "era" (that means threshing floor).
