Casa Milan
On the private "finca", an extensive terraced plot of land containing olive and almond trees, lies the XVII-th century detached country house
(masía) Casa Milan. The house faces south and is located above a quiet, green valley in an area of unspoilt countryside.
The house lies at a distance of about 100 m from the village. It has an easy access by car via a small paved road.
Next to the house there is plenty of parking accomodation on its own "era" (that means threshing floor).

Casa Milan is a large family house (very suitable for two families) with more than enough accommodation for four to eight persons.
On the ground floor (200 m2) is the fully-equipped large kitchen with dishwasher, pantry and scullery with
washing machine. It has a "comedor" (which means dining room) with a long table (3m) next to a big wood-burning stove. The dining room
gives access to an inner courtyard and has French windows leading to the verandah and garden (within several hectares of orchards).
In the garden are amongst others an old fig tree, mulberry and olive- and almond trees. For children the garden is an ideal playground.

The upper storey (200 m2) can be reached both by the staircase in the entrance hall as well as from outside.
Here are five big bedrooms, four of which have double beds and one with two single beds. There are two (new) bathrooms with wash basin and shower and
there are three toilets.
The house has undergone extensive restoration for over a year (December 2001 - March 2003), in order to restore its former glory.
All rooms have been renovated in the original style and contain much antique furniture.
